Hey so finally you are an adult and just like all your friends you want to get your driving license, you know what but its not so easy because of agents but here i will tell you step by step guide on how to get your learning license without any agent or paying any single rupee of bribe.

You may have tried to access Sarathi website but it may or may not have opened due to their pathetic unsecured site and if you could open it you may not have been able to fill online application form.

https://sarathi.nic.in:8443/nrportal/sarathi/HomePage.jsp is not accessible for widely used Google Chrome, download Mozilla Firefox on your pc and make sure you are using Windows 7 and above & adobe reader 11

In Mozilla Firefox 

 Go to Options-->;  Applications--> go to Portable Document Format(PDF) change the corresponding value to   Use Adobe  Acrobat(in Firefox).

Above step is most important to access online application form.

Go to https://sarathi.nic.in:8443/nrportal/sarathi/HomePage.jsp
choose learning license  below page will open and as i have circle click on learning license

now instructions page will open and read everything and tick on box and click proceed

fill up Part A B C and upload documents in part C and and on at the end of part E click on submit and Next and now u can take your appointment for learners license.
